Frank was born in Indianapolis, IN to Harriet and Frank Innis, Sr. Frank graduated from Purdue University as a Mechanical Engineer. He served in the US Army in both World War II and Korea. He was decorated with a Bronze Star after the Battle of Remangen. Frank lived his final years in California, passing away at home in Santa Barbara. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann; their three children, Beth, Jeanne, and Scott, and their respective spouses, Mark Landin, Tony Cherot, and Kathy Innis. Frank was honored to be the grandfather of seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Janet Souchon. A Mass and celebration of his life will be held at noon on October 12 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Alexandria, VA. His inurnment will be held the following day, October 13, at Arlington National Cemetery at 11 a.m.
