Son of Emmarie Vogt and the late John Vogt. Cherished brother of Kathryn Vogt Griffin, John Vogt, Judy Vogt Schatzberg and Jim Vogt. Friends may call at FAIRFAX MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 9902 Braddock Rd., Fairfax VA on Saturday, October 1 from 10-1pm and where Funeral Services will be held at 1pm. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Bill's name to: Class of 1970 Fund, Association of Graduates, US Military Academy, West Point, NY 10996.
