**Virginia State of Emergency**

Governor Northam has declared a state of emergency for the Commonwealth of Virginia due to the rising number of coronavirus cases.

Following the instruction from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health, and the precedent set by the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, there will be no gatherings larger than ten people. This includes off-site gatherings.

Neither the chapel nor the visitation rooms are available till the crisis is over.

There will only be graveside services, cremations, and private, family identifications.

Arrangement meetings can be held over the phone or electronically.

The inconvenience is regretful; however, the protection of our community is our priority.
