Obituary

Nancy Yuen Yee Chang, 52, of Fairfax, VA passed away peacefully on November 26, 2012 after a strong and courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family and closest friends.

Nancy was a great single mother who raised her two children, Jennifer and Jeffrey. They first moved to Burke, Virginia in the early 90's, where she began working at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC. She remained working there as a registered nurse in various departments until her passing. In addition, Nancy also worked at other hospitals and organizations, including Kaiser Permanente and Vencor Hospital. She made many friends during her career. She continued her education and received her Masters of Science in Health Systems Management in 2005.

She is survived by her parents William and Lai Ho, brothers Yiu (Celeste) and Angel (Valerie) Ho, daughter Jennifer (Dennis) Aspillaga, son Jeffrey Chang, and two grandchildren Jayden and Isabella Aspillaga.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Lung Cancer Alliance in memory of Nancy.
